Dan Cellars

Dan is involved in all stages of the transaction process, including due diligence, financial analysis, industry research, deal execution, and other related deal activities.

He assists with various transaction types, including mergers and acquisitions of publicly traded, privately held, and family-owned companies.

Prior to joining League Park Advisors, Dan was an Analyst in Stifel’s Public Finance group, where he assisted in the underwriting process of a wide variety of municipalities’ bond issuances.

Dan received his B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business with a major in Finance.
