Wayne Twardokus

Wayne is a Managing Director at League Park. Wayne has over 20 years of mergers and acquisitions transaction experience assisting closely held, publicly traded, and private equity-backed companies. Having directed over 120 mergers and acquisitions transactions during his career, Wayne has worked extensively in several industries including residential & commercial services, facility services, specialty distribution, niche industrial manufacturing, business services, building products, construction materials, and specialty chemicals.

Prior to joining League Park, Wayne was employed at Harris Williams & Co. and its predecessor entity, National City Corporation, where he originated and executed mergers and acquisitions for publicly traded and privately held middle-market companies. During his time at National City, Wayne authored various industry research reports and specialized in the specialty distribution and industrial manufacturing industries, in which he remains active today. Prior to Harris Williams, Wayne was a member of the distribution practice at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company.

Wayne is a graduate of The State University of New York and holds an MBA from the University of Rochester William E. Simon Graduate School of Business.
